Morrissey Builders is part of the pioneering community for the advancement of green building in the state of Minnesota. We built the first LEED silver certified home in Minnesota and have participated in the MN GreenStar remodeling and new construction certification programs. We believe it is important to continue to incorporate MN GreenStar and LEED certification into our projects. Our latest endeavors include constructing the first certified Passive House in the Twin Cities area and Wisconsin, and also focusing on building toward zero energy through retrofits and new construction. We are enthusiastic about contributing to being the catalyst for the green building tipping point in Minnesota.
